Neonatal Intensive Care

Since the day it was established, our hospital has been expanding its experienced healthcare staff and technical equipment in order to provide a modern level of service in the neonatal intensive care unit.

In our neonatal intensive care unit, intensive care support is provided for high-risk babies who are born after the 25th week of pregnancy. Our unit has all the necessary equipment, and 1st, 2nd and 3rd level of healthcare services are provided by a large number of consultant physicians. (Respiratory support with ventilator, total parenteral nutrition support, blood exchange, phototherapy, percutaneous catheter applications, thoracic tube insertion, bedside ultrasonography, bedside brain electrode (EEG), bedside heart electrode (ECO), retinopathy examinations are performed.)

In our hospital with the title of baby-friendly hospital, nurses and physicians working in the neonatal intensive care unit have their NRP certificates. After the babies are discharged, risky baby follow-up period continues at the outpatient clinic.
