Quality Management System of Erdem Hospital, aims to realize "astonishing service delivery”, by adopting an approach targeting continuous improvement and development within the scope of the Ministry of Health's Quality Standards in Health and the legal regulations that we are obliged to comply with.

In this context:

The processes are determined in order to measure the expectations and wishes of the patients and their relatives and contracted institutions and to continuously improve their satisfaction. Improvement activities are planned by assessing the performance of these processes.

Quality management system works are considered as an activity that should be carried out by all the departments and all employees. In this context, trainings are organized and implemented so that all employees are informed about Quality Management and quality improvements. Employees are encouraged to participate in quality works.

In order to improve the quality of services, good relations are established with all the cooperating companies and the performance is continuously measured to provide faster, more economical and better quality service.

It is aimed to perform rapid and accurate diagnoses and treatments by using the contemporary and advanced technology. It is the responsibility of all employees, especially senior management, to work in accordance with the requirements of Erdem Hospital Quality Management System and continuously improve the quality management system.

Quality Management System

Our hospital continues its studies of quality, patient and employee safety monitoring and assessment and constant improvement. In addition to all these studies, our hospital follows international service quality standards and aims to improve its services with the assessment criteria. Guidance for Private Hospitals about Service Quality Standards consisting of 450 criteria, which is regulated by the Ministry of Health, Performance Improvement Department based on the international standards, is considered as reference.

Our hospitals continue to increase the service quality, by getting a point of 800-1000 in Private Erdem Hospital and a point of 600- 800 in Private Çamlıca Erdem Hospital in the evaluation performed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
